Communication & Privacy

Official Communication Channels:

All official communications between tutors and students must occur through the Academy’s designated channels: the official email address(es) and the official WhatsApp number provided by the Academy.

No Outside Arrangements:

Students must not arrange private lessons or communication with tutors outside of these channels or outside of the Academy’s management. Such outside arrangements are not covered by these Terms, and the Academy disclaims responsibility for them.

Data Protection & Confidentiality:

The Academy will protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your contact details, lesson history, progress, and other personal data are kept confidential and used only for providing educational services.

Amaanah (Trust):

As this is an educational and trust-based service (Amaanah), all parties (students, tutors, and the Academy) are expected to act honestly, fairly, and responsibly in all dealings.

Student Obligations

Punctuality: Attend lessons at agreed times and be ready with required materials (e.g. textbook, audio, etc.).

Respectful Conduct: Interact with tutors and fellow students respectfully. Harassment, discriminatory behaviour, or cheating will result in termination of access without refund (where applicable under the refund policy).

Technical Requirements: Ensure your Internet connection, device, and software meet the minimum required standards for live online learning.
