About The Course

The An-Nuraniyyah Academy Islamic Studies Course offers a comprehensive and structured exploration of key Islamic disciplines, tailored to meet the individual learning needs and levels of our students. Guided by knowledgeable instructors, including graduates of the Islamic University of Madinah and other esteemed institutions, students will delve into foundational subjects such as Aqeedah (Islamic Creed), Hadith and its Science (علوم الحديث), Fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence) and its Fundamentals (أصول الفقه), Seerah (Prophetic Biography), and more advanced topics as they progress. Utilizing engaging live online sessions and diverse learning resources, this course aims to provide a solid understanding of Islamic principles, practices, and history, fostering knowledgeable and well-rounded Muslims globally. The specific subjects covered and the depth of study will vary based on the student’s chosen level and learning goals.

Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course (depending on the chosen level and subjects), students will be able to:

 Understand the core tenets of Islamic belief, articulate the pillars of Iman, and comprehend the concept of Tawhid in its various aspects.

Identify key figures in Hadith transmission, understand the basic terminology of Hadith sciences, and appreciate the importance of the Sunnah. Memorize and understand selected Hadiths from the books of Sunnah.

Understand the sources of Islamic law, grasp the basic principles of Usul al-Fiqh, and comprehend fundamental rulings related to worship, transactions, and social conduct.

Outline the major events in the life of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), understand the significance of his Prophethood, and draw lessons from his Seerah.

Develop a holistic understanding of Islamic teachings, enhance their ability to critically engage with Islamic texts, and cultivate a deeper appreciation for Islamic civilization and its contributions.
