Payment & Refund Policy

Lesson/Session Charges:

Payments are calculated on the basis of the total number of lessons or hours that the student participates in, according to the course or schedule selected.

Refund Entitlement:
You may be entitled to a refund of your remaining balance in the following circumstances:

a. Acceptable Excuse: If you are unable to continue with lessons due to a reasonable excuse, as determined by the Academy on a case-by-case basis.

b. Withdrawal Before Course Start or Early Sessions: If you withdraw before the course begins, or before more than 25% of the monthly sessions have been completed.

Non-Entitlement to Refund:
No refund will be provided in any of the following situations:

a. If you abruptly terminate lessons after more than 25% of the monthly hours have been completed.

b. If you withdraw without providing a valid excuse acceptable to the Academy.

c. If you fail to comply with required notifications (see Absence below), in ways that the Academy deems to constitute an abrupt termination.

Forfeiture of Remaining Balance:

In the cases listed in 2.3, the student forfeits any remaining balance of payments already made.

Dedication Requirement:

These refund / forfeiture rules serve to encourage commitment and responsibility, and to help the Academy cover operational costs incurred as lessons are scheduled and resources allocated in advance.
