Absence & Makeup Lessons

Notification Requirement:

A student must notify their assigned tutor at least six (6) hours in advance if they will be absent for a scheduled lesson.

Makeup Lessons:

If a valid notice (as per 3.1) is given, a makeup lesson will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time.

 No Makeup Without Notice:

If the student fails to provide notice at least 6 hours prior, or does not notify the tutor, then no makeup lesson will be granted for that session.

Tutor Absence:

The same rule applies to tutors: if a tutor must miss a session, they must notify the student (and the Academy) at least 6 hours in advance, and a makeup class will be arranged.
